A group of 16 conscious dance teachers and facilitators from all over Europe (and beyond) met for a two year long Erasmus Plus project - DANCE IT ALL -  to share best practices in conscious dance teaching during and after the pandemic.

ICMTA had 6 of our members involved in this project: Alex Svoboda (UK), Catherine Wright (UK), Imraan Ismail (BE), Jenny Bär (DE), Lina Kriskova (FR) and Nina Avdyeyenko (UKR/DE).

We collected the “honey” of the project, and we are very happy to share the results of our embodied exploration with fellow movement teachers and facilitators, and above all, with dancers and movers...

The four involved organisations (ICMTA, Táncmeditáció from Hungary, Ubuntu in Movimento from Italy and Wild Iris from North Macedonia) are really proud to share the 30 page e-book. We hope it will inspire many and to be useful for conscious movement professionals. You can share it far and wide, and your feedback  in the comments will be much appreciated.

We are happy to present the video that summarises our project activities including the first meeting in Skopje in June 2022 where we built the foundations, followed by the one in Budapest in October 2022, where we danced and dived deeper into the topic, and the final gathering in Rome in November 2022 which became a Community Dancing Festival.
