  A time for connection - presence as a present

  Before the year ends, we will come together once more, simply to be with each other. All ICMTA members are warmly invited to a relaxed time among colleagues, in a small circle.
  
  You are welcome simply to be there. Come as you are, with a cup of tea if you like.

  • An inspirational reading or short story
  • A short meditation or movement practice
  • A practical tool or embodied exercise
  • A recipe, a joke, a movie recommendation or a moment of reflection
  • Anything else that brings connection or joy

  1 December is also GivingTuesday, a worldwide day of giving. It is a good day to come together and to contribute. More about this closer to the date.
