Feet 1st  is always on the 1st of a month.
Timing varies each time to include different time zones.

Feet 1st  is for teachers by teachers.
Any of us can hold a session and we are all welcome to come to dance.

The annual rhythm includes :
- 8 "regular" Feet 1st sessions : 1 hour dance + 15-30min to hang out together afterwards (
- 3 quarterly Continuing Professional Development sessions
- a special Community End of Year Session on December 1st

Continuing Professional Development

Included in our monthly dances together through the year will be a quarterly offering by specialist teachers in their field.

These sessions will be a focus on a very particular area of professional development and education. For example, inclusivity work on the dance floor, music and DJ skills, non-violent communication, sexuality, creative processes such as writing/theatre/voice work in conscious movement spaces...
