Classes & Workshops

I lead a weekly Soul Motion™Friday dance lab in Totnes. I run committed groups seasonally - autumn to spring.
I lead community dance gathering days in Totnes to celebrate calendar events, Solstice, Christmas etc.
I teach at the Esalen Institute when I visit the USA, where I lived and offered regular classes until I moved to Totnes in 2013.
I visit local groups as a visiting teacher (Barefoot Exeter Dancers, l and am part of the Collective who are evolving Jo Hardy's Monday night Totnes Space to a new collaboration of shared practices as she passes it on.

Leading 2 workshops at Wildheart Gathering, Devon August 29-31st.
