I’m Audrey, nice to meet you, enchantée, molto piacere.

I teach awareness through the moving body, using music as a catalyst and guided movement explorations to grow embodied intelligence.

Beats, melodies, songs: they are baked into our DNA. Humans have been dancing around the fire forever. Dancing is fun, creative and helps to feel more at home in our bodies.

When you make dance a regular movement practice, you are gifting yourself a moment in your week to drop into a wordless, timeless conversation with yourself. To resource your nervous system. To notice, stay present, move and express.

The more we practice cultivating freedom and choice in our movement practice, the freer we become in our every day lives.

As a queer, brown teacher of Open Floor movement practice and 25 years as a community leader, I am committed to offering inclusive, queer positive, respectful spaces where all bodies are welcome. All abilities, ages, stamina and fitness levels are welcome on the Open Floor.
