Weekly classes in 5 Rhythms Mondays in Sheffield Uk 7.15-8.50pm
2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month classes 8-9.30pm
Day workshops every two months. These are either 5 Rhythms or Open Floor. Each workshop is individually themed.
