5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers on Weds Nights: We move to the maps of Gabrielle Roth. We meet at Homewood, 19 Zillicoa St. Asheville, NC, 5:00-6:45pm, fee is sliding scale $15-25! This class is held by Karen and 2 other 5Rhythms teachers in teacher rotation.

5Rhythms Vacillating Waves Class: meets once a month on Sundays. The class meets at Still Point Wellness, 946 Tunnel Rd. Asheville, NC 28805. You may register online through Venmo @Karen-Chapman-8 or drop in w/cash. No dance experience needed, just a curiosity for movement! See ya on the dance floor! Karen
