What I Offer

Sunday Morning Classes
On Sunday mornings I facilitate Open Floor and on a regular basis Pure Practice sessions.
All of these classes offer a welcoming space to explore movement, embodiment and awareness through dance, guided themes and somatic inquiry. Open to people with all levels of experience.

Day and Weekend Workshops
I offer day and weekend workshops in Open Floor Movement Practice, breathwork, body-based awareness, and mantra singing.
These workshops are created in collaboration with other facilitators, allowing for a rich and integrative experience that supports personal exploration, expression and connection.

Retreats in France
I facilitate retreats in France in collaboration with my friend and fellow bedding maker.
Here, movement, breath, voice and embodied presence come together in a deeper immersive setting. These retreats invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore transformation through embodied practices in a natural and inspiring environment.
