Welcome to the ICMTA General Assembly 2023

We look forward to seeing you on March, 1st at both Turning of the Seasons and General Assembly – let it be our online gathering in anticipation of a life one in October!

The GA will take place on 1st March at 4:30 pm UK time.

(1st March: 17:30 CET, 19:30 MSK, 8:30 am PST, 11:30 am EST;

2nd March: 3:30 am  AEDT, 5:30 am NZDT)

(It will take up to 3 hours. We apologize for not being able to provide the time suitable for all geographies and leaving night option to our members in Australia and New Zealand. When choosing the time we take into account where the majority of our members are located.)

Please register if you can join us, would be wonderful to have as many of us as possible!

Please review the Agenda of the General Assembly. You will also find links to a number of reports inside this document. We encourage you to look at them before the meeting, however, if you cannot, it is fine, we will guide you through during the General Assembly.

An important part of the meeting is an election of new members to the Board. This year, one Board member is at the end of their term (Elena Kuznetsova).

If you are coming to the General Assembly, you will be invited to nominate someone for election.

And if you’re not able to join us, you can send your nomination to us in advance, by emailing info@icmta.com with the name and the reasons for your choice.

You can nominate any member of the Association, including yourself; and the Board members stepping down can also be re-elected.

We do encourage you to read this short guidance on the Election to the Board of Directors and we look forward to hearing your nominations!

We also hope that you have registered for our quarterly Turning of the Seasons event that will take place right before the General Assembly – at 15:00 – 17:00 CET, on March, 1st.

This time this dance-and-learn workshop will be dedicated to the Dynamic Governance, and we will explore this beautiful system in movement prior bringing the acquired skills to the General Assembly and further to our lives and teachings.

If you cannot attend the Turning of the Seasons and dance with us, there will be still an opportunity for you to arrive into your body prior the General Assembly – we will play welcome music 10 min before the start of the meeting.
