Alive!!

It’s Easter, a good time to renew our contract with life, with our aliveness.
In the northern hemisphere, it will be fully springtime, and our ‘juices’ are flowing again. 

Willemijn has a deep love for humanity and everything that moves. Without judgment she invites, encourages, and if necessary confronts.

She’s trained in 5Rhythms, Open Floor, Systemic Ritual and Body-oriented trauma therapy. This combination creates a magical weaving on the dance-floor between the spiritworld and the every day, coming from embodied wisdom.

She’s passionate, grounded, deep yet always ready for a joke to remember that life is a celebration and worth to be enjoyed.

We all are holding others a lot. Feet 1st is a space for us to be held by your feet and your tribe !

Feet 1st is a monthly gathering for ICMTA members : 1h of dance + 15-30 min to hang out together afterwards.

Feet 1st  takes place on the 1st day of each month, with a different timing each month to include different time zones.

Feet 1st  is for teachers by teachers : any of us can hold a session, and we are all welcome to come to dance !

Our annual rhythm includes :

• 8 Feet 1st sessions (ICMTA members only) 
• 4 "Turning of the Seasons" sessions - open to non-ICMTA members with an entrance fee - held on the 1st de December, 1st of March, 1st of June and 1st of September, with a special focus.
